Sudoku Classic is a mobile puzzle game application that provides:

5. In-App Purchases

  • Additional difficulty levels
  • Premium themes and customization options

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies.

Purchases are non-transferable and can only be used on devices linked to your App Store or Google Play account.

6. Advertisements

The free version of the App contains advertisements provided by third-party ad networks. By using the App, you consent to the display of these advertisements.

We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. Clicking on ads may direct you to external websites not operated by us.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to graphics, user interface, images, audio, and software, is the property of Sudoku Classic or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

The Sudoku Classic name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Sudoku Classic.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Defects will be corrected
  • The App is free of viruses or other harmful components
  • The results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUDOKU CLASSIC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

  • Your use or inability to use the App
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App
  • Any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted through the App

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
